Every time in Iwakuni we stay in this hotel. It's a brilliant place for longer stay. Staff is super-friendly and you can park your car on-site. The property's location is favourable and excellent and close to a train station. Love eating outside and there's Daruma Yakiniku, set close to the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and shopping centers. I also appreciated the free coffee and the microwave on my floor. The staff was accommodating and understanding of my early arrival during the busy Thanksgiving holiday.

The lighting in the room wasn't great and the decor was a bit outdated. the laundry dryers were not very effective, which made it difficult to dry clothes.

The personnel were friendly and gave us loads of advice. The rooms were soundproof in general, for storage space.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and convenient. The location near the local train station made it easy for us to explore Iwakuni and visit the famous bridge and village center. The staff were welcoming and even provided us with printed bus timetables and a plan. Although the rooms were small and outdated, the excellent service and great location outweighed this drawback. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and helpful staff.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to coffee shops and grocery stores. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome during our city trip. We appreciated the large, soundproof rooms that offered ample space to move around and lay out our luggage. the free coffee, tea, and tonic water machine at the front desk was a nice touch.

While the rooms were spacious, we found that they were a bit dated and in need of refreshing. The small bathrooms were also a bit challenging to navigate.

Located near the train station and main shopping street, this unpretentious hotel offers friendly and welcoming staff. Free coffee and microwave on each floor are a nice touch. The washers and dryers, with washing powder provided, add more convenience. Plus, it's a short bus ride to the famous bridge and village center.
